Heal Your Life
Divorce can be extremely tough on one's finances, and so can some marriages. Rebuilding your life after incurring the expenses of a divorce can leave you feeling like you don't know where to begin. You can feel overwhelmed and hopeless. Change doesn't happen overnight, but with proper planning, the right mindset, and hard work, you can create the financial life you want. Financial Therapy is defined by the Financial Therapy Association (FTA) as “a process informed by both therapeutic and financial competencies that helps people think, feel, communicate and behave differently with money to improve overall well-being through evidence-based practice and interventions.” I offer financial therapy as another service to my clients who are struggling. I use my own personal experiences along with my professional training in order to further assist my clients. (I am not a financial planner or advisor).
