Professional Mediation

Sometimes you may be close to reaching an agreement with another party, often times a divorcing spouse, but need a little bit of help with structuring the meeting, a neutral place to meet, a neutral party to facilitate such a conversation, and someone to help record, in writing, what was agreed upon. As a Professional Mediator, I can often help with these situations. I accept mediation clients on a case-by-case basis and refer high-conflict cases to local attorneys who have advanced training in such matters.
